Pattern Guides & Tutorials

The offered patterns have three electronic types:
  • DXF: Intended for professional use. Enlarged pattern, without placement.

  • PDF A4: Intended for individual use. To test the correct print scale, we recommend a test:

The assembly of the pattern is done by connecting the numbered pages:

  • Α1-Α2-A3-A4-A5….

  • Β1-Β2-Β3-B4-B5…..

  • C1-C2-C3-C4-C5..

  • D1-D2-D3-D4-D5….

See the picture below:

  • PLOTTER PDF: Intended for individual and professional use. The layout is made in one of two options:

 1. In products with the largest number of paired parts, the layout is made to a width of 70cm to cut the fabric into a fold for a fabric width of 140cm:

2.  In products with the largest number of unpaired parts, the layout is made to a width of 70cm to cut out the parts into a fabric spread 140cm wide:

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
  • The layout is made up to bottom, indicating the minimum fabric consumption.

  • If it is necessary to cutting the parts of the product in one direction (for fabrics with pile, checkered shade etc. ) do the layout yourself. In this case, te comsumption of fabric will increase.

  • The arrow on the cartridge indicates the direction of the fabric and the top-bottom of the pattern. See the picture below:

ADVICES

  • Choose the correct model size in accordance with your chest measurment and allowance for a loose fit. We include a technical description for each mode.

  • It is important to know: If in doubt about choosing a size, take a larger one.

  • To correctly determine the percentage of elasticiy of the fabric offerd for each model, watch the video hereunder:

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

If the fabric you choose does not match the suggested fabric stretch for your chosen model, don't worry! You can use adjacent size.

EXAMPLE:

The fabric for your chosen model has an elasticity of 10% and your size is 48M:

  • When choosing with less elasticity  0 - 5 %, use a larger size 48L

  • When choosing a fabric with a higher elasticity of 15%, use the smaller size 44S

  • 20% or more use the smaller size 42XS

BEFORE CUTTING:

You need to check the width of the pattern to ensure it matches your figure. See the pictures below. If small inaccuracies arise, you can correct them by reducing or increasing the width of the pattern along the side sections.

TIPS:

  • If small inaccuracies arise, you can correct them by reducing or increasing the width of the pattern along the side sections.

  • Make cuttings as precise as possible down to the millimeter

  • it is necessary that the warp thread of the fabric matches the warp line of the patterns

  • The warp thread of any adhesive spacers must match the warp thread of the parts.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

  • Deformation of small parts, duplicate the fabric first and then cut it out.

  • In areas of parts with oblique cuts, watch for deformation: If necessary, use edges in accordance with the patterns.

To test the correct printout scale, we suggest to test:
The patterns are signed in English. We offer a technical dictionary:
